Marcus is a Licensed agent with over 16 years Real Estate experience. Initially starting out in property management, this provided a solid understanding in the investment space on behalf of landlords and subsequent dealings with tenants and progressed into residential sales after his 4 year property management tenure. Marcus is also 5 star hospitality trained which provided him with his genuine natural approach to quality customer service.

I believe that it is rare to find a real estate agent who is honest and has integrity, Marcus is both. Our purchase was not easy due to difficult tenants, but Marcus managed to make it happen as smoothly as was possible. We moved in during the Easter long weekend and rather than making us wait until Saturday, Marcus drove out of his way on Good Friday to bring us the keys, the sale was done and he could of just enjoyed his day off but I think it is in his nature to help others. "Marcus sold the property within 3 days of it being launched online. He negotiated carefully with the buyers to raise their initial offer, and gave us good advice. He followed the whole process through, and was extremely responsive in answering E-mails & text communications, often out of hours. Overall we had an excellent experience and a great outcome. We had dealt with Marcus previously, as purchasers, in the area. On this occasion, he provided a very prompt market appraisal of our unit and also gave very helpful advice on jobs that needed to be done pre-marketing. He also helped us identify reliable tradesmen to paint, carpet & refurbish parts of the property before marketing.
