I believe that it is rare to find a real estate agent who is honest and has integrity, Marcus is both. Our purchase was not easy due to difficult tenants, but Marcus managed to make it happen as smoothly as was possible. We moved in during the Easter long weekend and rather than making us wait until Saturday, Marcus drove out of his way on Good Friday to bring us the keys, the sale was done and he could of just enjoyed his day off but I think it is in his nature to help others. "Marcus sold the property within 3 days of it being launched online. He negotiated carefully with the buyers to raise their initial offer, and gave us good advice. He followed the whole process through, and was extremely responsive in answering E-mails & text communications, often out of hours. Overall we had an excellent experience and a great outcome.
We had dealt with Marcus previously, as purchasers, in the area. On this occasion, he provided a very prompt market appraisal of our unit and also gave very helpful advice on jobs that needed to be done pre-marketing. He also helped us identify reliable tradesmen to paint, carpet & refurbish parts of the property before marketing.

Marcus Bramham led the way again delivering the goods on this our second sale with Marcus at the helm. Although we were wiser this time around it was Marcus' sound manner and careful approach to selling real estate which made the experience stress free. Thank you so much for all your support over the last year or so in managing our property in Erina. When we took ownership of the property, we had a property manager recommended to us and as we were unfamiliar with the area, so we went with that recommendation. In hindsight we did not get a good property manager. In 2019, I contacted Adele about taking over the property management because of issues and from the beginning I felt confident that she was committed to working for us. We are based in Hobart, so having a property in NSW, we rely heavily on others to manage our interests and I have always felt confident in Adele’s ability to do this. Adele always kept us informed.
When the tenants vacated the property, we made the decision to sell and I cannot thank Adele enough for all her help and support during this process. She organised the staging company and made sure the property was really well presented.
